About

Lifespace was founded by Nutritional Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and student Lana Almulla with a strong belief in holistic healing through natural methods to nurture, balance and optimise the mind, body and spirit.

Lana’s goal is to create mindful spaces that encourage healing from within. A space to nourish, be, rest, feel inspired, gather, create community and reconnect. A sanctuary for slowing down in the heart of one of the busiest cities: London.

Lana’s intention is to bring back elements of nature, ancient wisdoms, teachings and practices to re-awaken the bodies’ own innate wisdom and healing mechanisms.

Lifespace is a space to silence the mind. A space to pause, breathe and be. Lifespace offers an opportunity for people and practitioners from all over to come together in a conscious co-working environment creating community and space to rest, replenish, nurture and nourish. A natural retreat in the heart of the city.

We offer wellness events, 1:1 treatments, workshops, an events space, a rest and retail area for health goods as well as a daily drop-in schedule for classes such as - and not limited to - Yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, sound healing, Pilates, healing ceremonies, dance and creative therapies.
